This is the second venue we toured with Walters Wedding! Both of them are beautiful. This venue was closer in distance to us and matched our vision more. Calla helped us with all our questions and provided us a quote so quickly. She also accommodated our work schedule in consideration to scheduling a tour! We're excited to work this group in regards to planning our 2 day wedding!

Whitney is not only an extemely professional wedding planner but personable as well! The venue is absolutely stunning and I am extremely happy with wedding choice!

It truly was the best day ever, and our team made it stress-free! It was so nice to have everything we needed (from floral to catering, stationary, and more) all in one place. They held our hand through all of it with great recommendations while staying cognizant of our budget. Zebran was incredible and made sure I could walk through the whole wedding day care-free.

I highly recommend looking into & booking with Aristide McKinney! Not only is the venue incredibly beautiful, but the staff are awesome as well! We had our tour with Macie & she made the experience even better! She was very personable with me and my family & made us feel very comfortable right from the beginning. She presented the venue and all the services so wonderfully, it was hard to imagine having our wedding anywhere else! She answered all our questions & was readily available to contact, which made this process a lot easier for my fiancé and I. She worked on proposals with us and helped customize it to where it really worked for us & our budget, lessening a lot of stress right then and there. I can’t thank her enough for her kindness and professionalism! If you want stress free wedding planning and all-inclusive packaging, this is the place for you!

Laura with Aristide Mckinney was absolutely fabulous! She presented this venue with Walters weddings with ease and was the utmost professional, answering all of our questions, and giving us honest feedback, meeting the specific needs of our bride and groom. After touring other venues, it was clear that Aristide was the place for us. The venue is a hidden gem, nestled in the golf community at Craig Ranch. It is spacious and beautiful, with choices for weddings of all sizes. Planning a large wedding, our options were somewhat limited to find a place that had adequate space. Aristide Mckinney not only has two large ballrooms, but an absolutely beautiful chapel that will hold a large crowd. Touring Aristide was a breeze because all of the rooms are set up already, with samples of what your wedding would look like. It was easy to envision our bride and groom and guests enjoying themselves at this venue. If you're looking for an all-inclusive option, Aristide Mckinney and Laura do it all!

The venue was gorgeous and from the start had great communication with the venue and are wedding planner Sydnee was amazing went above and beyond to make the day as easy as possible

The staff at Aristide made our wedding planning so easy! Through this venue we were able to book packages that included vendors for our bakery, dj, stationary needs (invitations and signs), flowers, and even a luxury car exit! Each vendor reached out personally to us and helped make our visions come to life. Sydnee took care of us as our event coordinator and was so accommodating the entire time. She helped with all of our questions and was always quick with responding to our emails or text messages. Our day of coordinator, Kiana helped make the day run so smoothly which we really appreciated. As I was getting ready, I didn’t have to worry about any of the vendors, decorations, or timing because of how well organized she was and it brought so much relief on a day that is usually hectic. Lastly, but certainly not least, our DJ Aiden was really the star of the show for us and our guests! We got paired up with Aiden through the venue because of his vibe and he provided such a great energy! We got to have a meeting with him about specific songs we wanted and cues and he nailed everything we were looking for from my entrance into the ceremony to the very last song with our guests. He got everyone on the dance floor, it was never empty the entire night. We can’t thank this amazing staff enough!!

We had the best time at Aristide McKinney to celebrate our big day! Our planner, Emily and day of coordinator, Kiana were both perfect and I couldn’t have asked for a better pair to make us feel so special. Walters Weddings Estates knows how to make a bride feel less stressed with all of the planning packages and vendor options they offer. I will forever recommend them to anyone!

I would highly recommend Walter Weddings plan your event/wedding! We get married in a couple weeks and the process has been so stress-free. We picked this venue because of the All-Inclusive packaging offers and not having to shop around for all our vendors and have been so happy with the services included. Emily our wedding planner has been absolutely FABULOUS, helping me navigate all the decisions from start to finish. All the vendors we used through them (florals, bakery, catering, Suits, photography) have been very easy to work with and I’m really excited to see the finished product in a few weeks. Would highly recommend booking with Walter Weddings if you want an easy wedding planning process!

The venue was beautiful and sooo elegant. Made all my bridal dreams come true! The tram offers so many vendors meaning you hardly have to outsource anything which left the planning process stress free! My planning representative that was provided by the company, Sydnee C, was wonderful and kind and helped assist in my vision coming to life! From the food, to the bartender and the DJ, it was perfect and the best party ever!!

Kiana and Sydnee were both so great to work with! They were flexible with all of our needs, and helped make sure the timeline ran smoothly!! If there were any hiccups, we honestly couldn’t tell, thank you for making our day so special!

I just had my wedding this past Saturday and it was wonderful. The staff at the venue were all so wonderful and nice. My planner was Amber and my day of coordinators were Kiana and Josh. They were all very professional, kind, understanding, flexible and accommodating. I've gotten a lot of positive feedback from all my guests and they all said it was the best wedding they've been to. The food was delicious as well and everything was happy. I got the open bar and buffet menu for about 225 guests and it was very affordable and reasonable compared to many other venues I've seen in the DFW metroplex. I would recommend this venue to all. It is a one stop shop and it really made me less stressed than many bride friends I've seen in my adult life.

Emily, Becki, and Mikayla helped make our vision come to life! We loved our wedding reception at Aristide McKinney, a classy and timeless venue.

Me and my new husband had nothing but positive things to stay about Aristide McKinney and their amazing staff. Rebecca and Alejandra made everything easy and so much fun. From our rehearsal to our grand exit, everything went off without a hitch. We were able to fully enjoy ourselves knowing the staff had us covered. Good afternoon Rebecca and I appreciate your follow up so quickly and my intentions are to do another email especially about the exemplary service that I have received from Walters wedding Estates especially Amanda. Through this very challenging time with the wedding being canceled by the groom it was amazing that we were able to still recoup some of the food and services for my daughters masters degree party that we had on Saturday. Amanda was very caring and went out of her way to keep in touch and I can only say that the service that she gave us was over and above. She is an amazing employee and I enjoyed working with her. I am in the hospitality industry and have been in for over 40 years and she is a jewel. I also wanna to share that the food was amazing and almost 80 guest attended and kept replying who is your caterer and I could only share with them it was Walters Estates. Your vendors are amazing also Lizzie bees produced the most beautiful flower arrangements and I could only imagine the job that she and her team would have performed for my daughters wedding if it would have not been canceled. Also Jenny Lane‘s bakery she was amazing to work with and produced a beautiful cake that fit the theme for her graduation along with the dessert bar. And the cake was some of the best I have tasted. Thank you again for everything and I will follow up soon.

I got engaged in 2020. We secured the venue a few months later for a 2022 wedding. Overall, we really liked the service we received from the Aristide Mckinney. This venue worked with us every step of the way. We received great service and attention to our wishes. All of the preparations leading up to the wedding went well. We even got an opportunity to take our engagement photos at the Mansfield location since our other plans did not work. The estate was nice and clean. The bridal suite was a bit warm in temperature but everything else was on point. The staff was very attentive. There was a mix up with the venue scheduling a wedding rehearsal of another couple during our reserved time. This was quite unnerving and frustrating. They did do all they could to make sure everything else was on point. We did feel accommodated and were treated with care and respect. All of the guest enjoyed themselves and our wedding was beautiful and elegant. The venue was a very important element of the outcome.

The venue was beautiful from the chapel, the suites and the ballroom. Becki and her staff were wonderful and very accommodating. Also a big thanks to Alexandria for being patient with the bridal party.

Truly a dream come true! I couldn't have asked for a more perfect day. With my husband and I not being local to the venue we were a little worried about the wedding planning process but Joshua and the Aristide vendors did an amazing job with their guidance every step of the way. They were all super attentive to all the questions we had and just made us feel very taken care of going into our wedding. Even our planner loved working with Joshua as he helped make her job much easier! The best thing I can say is that there is no need to feel stressed during planning when you have great people taking care of you.

Overall we had a great time, they give you a great list of recommended vendors. The only issue we had was with the coordinators. We had 3 coordinators.

Our wedding was perfect in every way! Aristide McKinney is the most gorgeous venue and their vendors are amazing. Communication was excellent, and every single person of the staff was superb. . Cannot thank Gaby and Alejandra enough for making our special day so wonderful.

My husband and I just celebrated our weddingceremony/reception here and I highly reccomend this venue. The location is great! The venue inside and out is beautiful. More so, it have a wonderful architecture, plenty of parking, beautiful view. This venue was all a bride could imagine and I’m in love with it. (Gaby Diaz), the manager, is amazing and was so helpful the entire way through. They also work with a lot of great vendors that they recommend to you. Aristide McKinney Venue family, you all assured that my husband and I had a peaceful, beautiful, and unforgettable wedding. We are so grateful! Thank you!

Aristide McKinney is a beautiful venue, in which we ultimately had a beautiful wedding. Unfortunately, there was cause for concern during the planning phase as well as the day of the wedding. While Gaby was pleasant and I believe meant well, she was not available or present for 3 of the 4 scheduled visits to the venue. She was either non-responsive or slow to respond to emails, texts, and in returning phone calls throughout the whole process. In each case, she was always apologetic, stating she was in a meeting or had another pressing matter. Additional amenities were offered and documented in emails, but all were not adhered to. Our confidence in Aristide was affected when she didn’t follow through on things that were promised. Through it all, we had an amazing and fun wedding celebration. The food was great and we and our guests danced the night away.

Could not have dreamed of a more perfect wedding! The venue was so beautiful, great food and drinks. Could not have pieced everything together without the help of Gaby, the manager/ wedding coordinator! She was so helpful and detailed to ensure the day went without hiccups. I am so happy with how everything turned out and thankful to have chosen Aristide Mckinney for our special day.

Gaby Danielle and Samantha did an amazing job making our day perfect! Gaby serves as the manager of the venue and has a huge workload and knows how to manage the easy work as well as the harder problems. The venue has 2 ballrooms and we utilized the larger ballroom to accommodate our 150 guest. My husband and I planned our own wedding and Gaby was our point of contact. We learned and understood that Gaby had the responsibility of multiple appointments other than us, but she was always able to make things happen. Obviously, there are things that may not go as planned, but no matter what we had to adjust, Gabby took care of everything. Overall, we made the right choice in choosing this venue!

My daughter had always wanted the fairytale wedding. COVID-19 threatened to dash that dream. But the great people at Aristide McKinney and especially our wedding coordinator, Gaby, helped make that dream a reality. Gaby was stellar. A true rock star. She worked with us throughout the entire process and we were able to postpone the original wedding date by a year (with no financial penalty) so that we could have the full celebration we had hoped for. The staff at Aristide - top notch. The amenities - we couldn't have been happier. And through it all, even over the year delay, Gaby was right there. I can't say enough about the customer service we received. It felt like dealing with family. Gaby made some great suggestions and was extremely flexible to our custom requests. I have no problem recommending Aristide McKinney (and Gaby) to anyone who wants a top-tier wedding experience. You WILL NOT be disappointed!!

We just got married At Aristide and I can’t recommend it enough. Great location, beautiful inside area, outside garden area and beautiful architecture, plenty of parking. Gaby, the Wedding Coordinator was the absolute best. She was great to deal with. She was on top of everything from A-Z. Even with last minute requests she somehow managed to make everything happen. I cannot recommend her enough. . It was my dream venue and I’m in love with it. (MN), the manager, is amazing and was so helpful the entire way through. They also work with a lot of great vendors that they recommend to you.

Aristide McKinney, the venue itself was beautiful and I would recommend it for future brides! The staff on the wedding day was punctual and helpful. If you secure your date and book the venue super in advance of your actual day prepare to be patient with the managing as the venue is very popular. Overall we had a great experience here for our special day!

Gaby was there the entire time! Like all events nothing is perfect but the team worked very hard to perfect our special day Also! Let’s just say i refered 3 other people and they all had events at this location and loved them.

We celebrated our wedding reception at this beautiful venue. We cannot say enough great things about the staff especially Gaby! She is the best! My day was way better than I ever imagined, It was so easy to work with Gaby in setting up exactly what I wanted for my big day. All my questions were addressed and if there was anything I did not like Gaby always made sure to find a way. I would definitely come back to Aristide in McKinney for future events!

The venue was beautiful and Gabi was most helpful. Hosting a wedding during Covid was extremely stressful, however Gabi worked diligently to help alleviate as much as she could. The natural lighting in the chapel, coupled with the multiple chandeliers are absolutely beautiful. There are two different reception areas and both are equally beautiful as well. The venue overlooks a golf course, and the outside areas are just as immaculate. If you’re looking for a venue in McKinney, you will not be disappointed.

Couldn't fit the full review here but here is the last portion of one I wrote on Wedding Wire. Thus, began the very final part of this nightmare. We once again asked them for a refund. But not for the date, not for the cancelled wedding, but for all the items we paid for that were NEVER provided. We asked for a refund on drinks, which as far as we know, were not ordered or bought. On top of that, THEY COULD HAVE USED IT FOR ANOTHER WEDDING. It’s not like drinks expire after a week. We asked a refund for the upgraded lighting, the upgraded linen, cocktail tables, literally everything that was not provided and came at ZERO expense to them. Even more so, as mentioned above, they could still use this for future weddings. It’s not like they had to go in with a hammer and break all the lights and buy them again. They. Refused. To. Refund. For perspective, the added venue hour (never happened), colored wash lighting, linen upgrade, and premium beer & wine cost $5,175. None of this was refunded. Beyond unethical, immoral, and pathetic they could not even give us this back. This was so outrageous that we considered hiring a lawyer to assist us with AT LEAST these things. They could have kept the other $19,000+ but they refused for even this. Let me say that again, may not be a lot for some people but it is a life changing amount for others. Nineteen THOUSAND plus. The funniest part of this story….after we told them we were looking into getting a lawyer, GUESS WHAT HAPPENED? The manager immediately replied back and said “I have a few dates in December and January that we can take a look at. It's safe to say that involving our legal representatives can be even more stressful.” Yes. That was copied and pasted. He really went out of the way to say that involving legal representatives can be more “stressful.” What the hell have my wife and I gone through then? Seemed pretty stressful for me. It’s hilarious how the instant we said “lawyer” ALL OF A SUDDEN A DATE OPENED UP FOR THE FOLLOWING YEAR. I told him that if they were willing to pay to hire our vendors back then we would accept. We had no money left after they took our tens of thousands. Note, these are the same vendors they forced us to cancel because they “could not offer postponement.” Please take another guess as to their response…. There was none. He straight up did not reply back for 6 days and then said “wifi and internet is bad” as his response and nothing else. Take this time to read some other reviews about their bad communication, please. There is an insane amount of detail I had to gloss over and this review is still extremely long. Like how we started working with a Barbara, who then left Aristide and no one told us, then we worked with Fernanda, then Gaby, then Daniel, then back to Gaby. The other reviews can attest as to why. Regardless, communication alone was horrid. Again, I know this won’t change the minds of anyone now and we are literally just mosquitoes buzzing around the Aristide business. They took our money and we are powerless to ever do anything about it. I am a man, but I am here to say that even men dream of their perfect wedding. I dreamed of this day my whole life. I know my wife did as well. We were so happy. And yet, every mention of just the word “wedding” this last year leaves us feeling nothing but negative emotions. We never had a wedding at Aristide McKinney, we only had a nightmare that we will never forget.

Aristide was the DREAM venue, even during a pandemic! The staff was extremely helpful, and the day went off without a hitch! We had a Sunday morning wedding (I was walking down the aisle at 9:30am!) and EVERYTHING was ready. The new renovations were also a nice surprise as we signed the contract before we knew they would be doing this! My favorite part was the new flooring. We were going for a fancier look and it truly helped us achieve that. (Not to mention the chandeliers!) My husband and his groomsmen LOVED playing mortal combat in the grooms suite, and the bridal suite was perfect! (We had 9 bridesmaids/groomsmen and we felt like we had enough space.) We had our dream wedding and we couldn't be happier!

Beautiful location. We loved being able to have a classic “Church” wedding inside of the same building as the reception. Everything was stunning.

We held our wedding at Aristide McKinney and it was the most perfect day! The chapel was perfect for the ceremony and the reception space was exactly what we wanted. We were able to customize our package to include everything needed to bring my wedding vision to light. They were easy to work with on the day of the wedding and I would highly recommend Aristide for weddings in the McKinney, Tx area.

Fernanda was just amazing at her job. She made me feel like I was talking to my aunt, very comfortable and approachable. Very informative but not overwhelming. She didn’t use crazy wedding jargon but simplified everything to where my fiancé and I could clearly understand. Her energy kept me excited throughout the whole tour and was very patient with our hundred questions. The venue itself is gorgeous , especially during sunset. The grand ballroom felt like a grand ballroom, just grand. Having the bar and kitchen on site was a plus because I know the food will be cooked fresh and not delivered in a truck. The disco ball and the lighting option was a cherry on top. The whole experience was pleasant and I would highly recommend this place!

I am a loss of words of how beautiful this venue is! The staff accommodated us so much it was crazy. I have never been to an wedding venue before that the staff have been so helpful and polite! Mrs. Fernanda was amazing settings everything up and going the extra mile for me. She made me feel very special and she wanted my day to go perfect. Mrs. Donna was also so great with the coordination and making sure everything was on time and everyone had what they needed! I would recommend this Aristide McKinney to anyone getting married. The price was so reasonable and the help that as provided made everything less stressful for my mom and I. Loved every minute of it

Our experience only touring the Aristide in McKinney was amazing!!! Fernanda was sweet, easy to talk to, and truly wonderful with all of the questions and special requests I had. We really loved touring the Aristide, it is a beautiful venue and I would recommend at least booking a tour!!

Perfect venue for our wedding. Donna, our coordinator was amazing! All the staff was friendly and helpful and everything went perfectly. Very beautiful venue!

We signed our contract back when they were Piazza on the Green. I was very afraid at first when we later got the email that our venue had been sold to a large company. But they did not disappoint! We got everything we wanted and needed during every step of the planning process and our wedding. I had to be extremely particular since I have celiac disease and cannot have any gluten at my wedding. And their catering did exactly that. We even got GF rolls because of them!! They also got us White Claw at no extra charge for a picky bridesmaid. I know some people may be turned off of not being able to be at the venue all day but I didn’t find it to be an issue at all. Literally as soon as we needed something our coordinator and couple captain got it for us. They kept us on schedule but never rushed us when we were behind (which let’s be honest a wedding always runs late!) Overall a great experience and we couldn’t have done it without them!

My daughter's wedding day was perfect! Aristide is a beautiful venue and the staff is great! From the food to the service, everything was outstanding! Donna is amazing! She was wonderful to work with and was so attentive to every detail. Because of Donna, I was able to enjoy the evening and not stress over anything. I highly recommend Aristide!!

It was truly a very beautiful wedding and special day for us. But the day is still being spoken about from our guests. Everyone stated it was the best wedding they have ever attended. It was beautiful, organized, and really REALLY fun. Kelly Scott and staff was the best addition to our day. They cared about every detail and catered to us and our guests both professionally AND they were genuinely sweet. Our bartenders were beyond our expectations. The drinks were amazing. Towards the end they were on the dancefloor!! The food was delicious and the display of it was absolutely wonderful. As a bride, I had worked really hard pre- wedding day for a smooth flowing ceremony and reception. With the hard work and care shown by Kelly and team. I was able to just be a bride. And for that I could not ask for more. Thank you again Kelly, Adam, and the entire crew that made our day the most memorable and adored wedding!!!

Amazing experience!! Aristide beyond exceeded our expectations. From day 1 everyone was so kind and helpful, our coordinator Kelly Scott went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect and did an incredible job with everything! Absolutely gorgeous facility, beautiful and elegant formal ballrooms. The food was excellent as well as all the food and beverage service. Could not have found a better venue for our wedding reception than Aristide!!
